It’s a 10-minute walk to the Glasgow Uni campus or you’ll be there in three if you take the subway, as the Kelvinhall SPT is a couple of minutes away. You have everything you need on your doorstep but if you want more shops and clubs then you’re only a 15-minute walk to the city centre. When it’s too cold or wet to walk, regular buses run from the end of your road. 

Whether you prefer to share, or like the idea of living in a self-contained studio, all rooms are ensuite. You’ll have plenty of space to study and relax in comfort. There’s a flatscreen TV in the common room so you can meet up with friends to watch your favourite shows. Take your books outside on sunny days - there are plenty of benches in the courtyard area. 

You’re five minutes from a Morrison’s supermarket, where you can buy everything you need to cook dinner in your fitted kitchen. When you don’t feel like cooking, eat Italian at Toni Macaroni, order katsu curry at Ichiban Sushi and Noodle Café, or tuck into incredible food for £5 at The Sparkle Horse. If you want to blow off steam after a long day, there’s a 24-hour gym metres from your door. 

You can wander up to Ashton Lane for drinks at Jinty McGuinty’s - a friendly Irish pub with a beer garden and live music. If pubs aren’t your scene, catch a movie at Grosvenor Cinema - book early to get a sofa seat. 

All your bills are included, along with bike storage and laundry facilities. There’s secure door entry and CCTV, and the onsite management and maintenance team will lend a hand if you run into any problems.
