Step out of Kelvin Court and you’re seconds away from Argyle street, which will satisfy all your big brand shopping needs. This purpose-built, modern block offers contemporary comforts in an airy, residential setting. Ensuite rooms cover at least 13 square metres and are furnished with three quarter beds, desks, chairs, and share well-equipped, sociable kitchens. You’ll also have a spacious common room to socialise or study in.

All bills, including contents insurance  are covered in your rent as is the free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Laundry is onsite and all communal areas, including kitchens, are cleaned every fortnight. Tesco Metro is among many nearby shopping options.

The magnificent Kelvingrove Park with its stone bridges over the river, age old trees and wealth of monuments is very close by, along with the boutiques, cafes and creative restaurants of the West End it will be hard sometimes to go home -  but when you do peace of mind is assured with onsite maintenance and 24 hour security by App or phone, with secure door entry and CCTV. Many of the rooms are accessible by wheelchair.
