It’s a seven-minute walk to University of the West of Scotland Paisley Campus, and a 13-minute train journey to Glasgow Central. The Gilmour Street train station is two minutes across the road, and there’s a bus stop outside your building, so you can reach University of Glasgow in 30 minutes.

After a long day of lectures, retreat to your room and freshen up with a hot shower in your private ensuite. Connect to the free Wi-Fi and spend some time at your desk preparing for your next class, then relax in the shared lounge and chat to your housemates about your day.

You’ll find everything you need to cook dinner in your fully-equipped kitchen, including a kettle, toaster, dishwasher and all utensils. You’re living right above the Piazza Shopping Centre so you never have to worry about running out of everyday essentials. On evenings when you don’t feel like cooking, tuck into cocktails and savoury crêpes at Saporito Coffee, or order Chinese take away from Kwang Tung.

When you’re in the mood for company, join in one of the regular residents’ events or get to know your neighbours in the common room, where you can play pool, table football or table tennis, or watch a movie on the 42” TV. There’s lots of space to sit and catch up with friends, and it’s an ideal spot for group study sessions, too.

It’s easy to budget because bills are included in your rent, and there’s an on-site laundry so you won’t waste any time at the launderette. Security is a top priority: there’s CCTV, on-site security and secure door entry.
