In a Private Room you’ll get a private bedroom and depending on the property, sometimes a private bathroom as well. Other facilities are shared with occupants of other rooms.
An Entire Place will give a person a fully self-contained studio property with a private bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.
What bills are included in the rent?
Usually all bills are included in the rent, but this depends on the property so make sure you check the property you’re interested in to see if this is the case.
How do I pay my rent?
The rent is paid directly to the landlord. You don’t have to pay Student.com.
