Each of our luxury studio room types are perfectly designed for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. For those looking to mingle with like-minded students, our social studios offer the best of both worlds. On-site, you’ll also find a variety of fantastic student-centric facilities to enrich your university experience. In between lectures you can chill out with friends in the games room and TV lounge, watch your favourite films in the cinema room, practice wellness in the yoga studio and share meals in our private dining room. There is also loads of study and work spaces around the building, perfect for focusing on those all-important assignments. We also have on-site laundry and even take care of your utility bills and provide you with free Wi-Fi and broadband.

Opened in October 2023, Briggate Studios offers new student accommodation in a trendy area of Leeds. On your doorstep, you'll find the Briggate - the dedicated shopping street packed with high street shops, restaurants and bars. With everything you need within walking distance, you'll be able to explore your new city effortlessly!

With a cinema room, games room, TV lounge and private dining room, as well as study and workspaces, you have everything you need for a relaxed and memorable time. Student Wellness

There is always time to stop and take a moment to practice mental and physical wellness, and at Briggate Studio we also have a dedicated space for it! Train your body as well as your mind in the on-site yoga studio.
