Sycamore House is in the perfect location just a short walk from The University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University campuses, close the teaching hospitals and right on the edge on the city centre too. It’s the perfect location for students and one of the many reasons as to why we are so popular with students!

If you’re in the mood for shopping, browse the big name stores in Trinity Leeds, or check out the high end boutiques in The Victoria Quarter. After dark, enjoy live music at Belgrave Music Hall & Canteen, or get tickets for a show at Leeds Grand Theatre.

It’s a nine-minute walk to University of Leeds and 11 minutes to Leeds Beckett University from your student housing in Leeds. It’s also perfectly situated for the nearby teaching hospitals. Bike storage is available.

At the end of a busy day, return to your own private studio room. There’s a range of rooms to choose from, all with full-size double or king size beds, so it’s ideal for both single students and those who want to share.

Each studio has a full-size cooker with four-ring hob, as well a a washer/dryer. There’s plenty of room to study at the large desk, and there’s Wi-Fi throughout to keep you connected. Great social spaces mean it’s easy to make friends; keep fit in the gymnasium, host dinner parties in the communal kitchen, work together in the study areas, or relax in the communal courtyard or chill out areas.
