I would like to make a complaint regarding an agent in charge of my accommodation. When I first approach Agent Kelvin Lee, he strongly recommends The Refinery, which I was satisfied to choose this accommodation after reading the reviews. Agent K had asked me if I want to be placed in the same flat with four flat mates who were from the same University as me in Malaysia. I replied yes and agreed to be placed in the same flat with them. After a few days of staying in The Refinery, I found out that I was not in the flat with the 4 flat mates I had previously been allocated by Agent K. I contacted Agent K about this issue because I was unaware that I had been swapped, and he responded that he switched me to another flat because I didn't know the 4 flat mates before signing my tenancy agreement. I told Agent K that I’ve gotten their numbers, became friends with them and we’ve discussed on buying appliances etc. I then further ask why I wasn’t informed of being swapped away before I
