On a typical morning, grab a coffee from Henderson’s Cafe and enjoy a 15 minute walk to the University of Leeds’ main campus. If you leave a little earlier, go the scenic route and stop off at the lovely Hanover Square. Heading for Leeds Beckett University, pit stop at the equally picturesque Park Square for a quick breakfast snack. Don’t worry if it’s raining as the bus routes in the area will get you to either college in just 10 minutes.

After class, discover the best of Leeds’ shopping and street feasts. Head to the Corn Exchange, a stunning Victorian building that houses a host of independent shops, before eating your fill at the neighbouring Kirkgate Market. 

Back at home, relax in your super spacious studio. Grab your ingredients at the convenience store downstairs before returning to your flat to rustle up dinner in the kitchen. You can even invite some friends around to sample your cuisine at the breakfast bar. When you’re finished catching up on assignments at your desk, meet your fellow students in the common room or if it’s a nice day, relax outside in the mini garden.

Take advantage of tenant discounts at the gym next door. All of your bills, Wi-Fi and utilities are included in the price, so you should have some money left over for fitness classes or maybe another trip to one of those great restaurants at Granary Wharf.
