    Homes For Students is purely in the rental business to take as much money as possible from tenants with as little outlay as possible. Poorly maintained, shoddy, dirty old cheap furnishing I could go on and on. Worst issue is the attitued of the company to those - the students - who are making making a large fast growing profit (profit information gained from Companies House). They ignore requests for maintenance work to be done. My son 5 months into his tenancy is still sleeping on a filthy mattress (protected by mattress covers). But worse than that one night during his first month there he awoke in the early hours of the morning to find to people in his room taking his belongings. Luckily the police recovered all items bar his phone. Had the company fixed the front door to the flat repoted to them on more than one occasion and the security gates which were being left open 24 hours a day this would not have happened. Their attitude blame the residents on a night out saying they had 'wedged' open the door and my son because he likes to sleep with his bedroom door open. They have been agressive and untruthfull right through this horrible experience. One star as won't accept with none. STAY CLEAR!

    You’ll be based just two minutes from the city centre, so you’ll find it easy to get to Liverpool’s universities. Stroll seven minutes to reach the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University, or 10 to get to Liverpool Hope University. For classes at Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, you can walk just 15 minutes from your door.

    Back at St Andrews Gardens, you can head straight to the courtyard to get some fresh air and catch up on your reading. Then, join your neighbours in the common room to relax after a busy day, and sit down on a comfy chair to watch your favourite Sky shows on the TV.

    Once you’ve worked up an appetite, head to your modern apartment. Cook with your housemates in the fitted kitchen. Sit down to eat at the breakfast bar, and kick back on the comfy sofa afterwards to relax. Some apartments come with flatscreen TVs, so you can spend your evening watching your favourite series.

    When it’s time to hit the books, head to your private room to work on your assignments in peace. Spread your books out on your desk to get started, and connect to the free Wi-Fi to bounce your ideas off your classmates online.

    With work out the way, get ready to meet your friends at Aloha Bar, where you can try their secret recipe cocktails. Freshen up with a shower in your bathroom, and choose an outfit from the wardrobe in your room. Rest easy knowing your belongings will be kept safe with CCTV and secure door entry, and there’s an on-site maintenance team to deal with any problems.
