    The property is lovely! Spatious rooms, so many facilities, friendly staff, the neighbourhood is okay (no complaints) and last but not least awesome events. The welcome was flawless and so is my stay so far. The building is just by the canal side and the view is brilliant. No problems with the wi-fi, water, heat etc. and the positioning is quite alright, just about 30 mins from centre of London by bus. The bus stations are really close (1-3 min walking) and the tube station is not so far either (about 10 min walking).

    Lived here for the last year, and the building is really good. Lots of things to do, including a pool table, social areas, ps4 and xbox 1, a gym, a cinema room, and study areas. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend staying here.

    Just wanted to take the opportunity to thank the chapter team for a great stay here, I for one am extremely pleased with the facilities and the staff working here, and have been so throughout my year of staying here. I know that some have been disapointed with minor stuff such as water shortage etc. but remember, London is a megacity and these things happens wherever you are living. Keep on the good work guys and its been a pleasure to getting to knowing you all =)

    the neighborhood is really good, there's a groceries store near by and the place is really clean and nice. It's just a little far from a few station. but everything else is really great

    I tend to eat at TGI Friday. I'm not sure how this property compares in terms of good value for money with others in the area. My room and facilities are nice. I find the atmosphere is really quiet. I feel secure because of the 24/7 security. All the staff are good.

    第一次来伦敦这种大城市，可能不太适应吧。房子离地铁站有点远，步行至少得15分钟，晚上走夜路有点害怕。旁边就是运河，很多流浪汉都喜欢聚集在那边......感觉同等价位可以租个更安全的房子。安全至上的朋友还是不要选这里了。
