Hop onto the nearby tube and be among the hustle and bustle of central London in under 10 minutes, hitting the shops and checking off those iconic landmarks you’ve heard so much about. Closer to home at Dashwood Studios in Kennington, the history and culture of South Bank is a brisk walk away. The wonderful green space of Kennington Park and the famous Oval cricket ground are also within strolling distance. Dance music fans can save on cab fares home with the Ministry of Sound just around the corner.

The smart Dashwood Studios complex is well-served for local conveniences thanks to nearby shopping centres, and the high street shops and cheap food options of busy Walworth Road.
