This means you’ll have great transport links right at your doorstep with the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines of the Tube taking you to central London in as little as 15 minutes.

Easy access to many of London’s universities

Thanks to the great transport links, you’ll find it easy to get to your university from Grand Felda House. When you use the Metropolitan line, you can get from your home to University College London in about 25 minutes and to the University of Westminster in just under half an hour. Imperial College London, King’s College London and LSE (London School of Economics) can all be reached in about 45 minutes.

Living in Grand Felda House

Living in Grand Felda House, you’ll have your choice of three different types of rooms. You can have a private room either without or without an ensuite bathroom. This means you’ll get your own private bedroom and if you go for the ensuite, you’ll get a private bathroom as well. Other facilities like a kitchen will be shared with other students. 

If you like your privacy, you can also go for the Entire Place option. In this case you’ll get a fully self-contained studio flat with your own bedroom, bathroom and cooking facilities, with no need to share anything when you don’t want to.

Living in Wembley

Wembley is one of the most exciting parts of London, where you can wake up every day excited for a new adventure. Hop on the bus for an outing to BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, one of the largest and most impressive Hindu temples outside of India. Spend the afternoon playing tennis or kicking a football about on the pitches in King Edward VII Park, then return to your student accommodation to get dressed for a fun night out. Meet your friends at Gurkha Valley for a taste of Nepal, before catching your favourite big-name band live at the Wembley Arena, or experiencing the indescribable atmosphere of an England football match at the legendary Wembley Stadium.

If you like shopping, London will definitely be your city. You won’t always have to travel to central London for some great finds though, as the London Designer Outlet, the three-floor shopping centre opened in 2013, is right at your doorstep. When opened, it was the first outlet centre in Greater London and today boasts shops, restaurants and a movie theatre. Check it out and you’ll see why it attracts seven million visitors every year.

All your bills are included in the rent, so you won’t have to worry about paying any extra for water, electricity or heating. Wifi is also included, so you’ll always have internet access too, and won’t have to worry about data costs. You’ll get free contents insurance provided by Endsleigh, as well as parcel service - no need to stay home waiting for your Amazon deliveries all day. Just head out to your adventures and the reception staff will sign for any packages for you.

Grand Felda House is much more than just a room where you can sleep and keep your stuff. The property has a cinema room, a communal lounge with a flatscreen TV and a games room with a pool table, all great places for making new friends. The property also arranges regular events that make socialising even easier.

Living at Grand Felda House, you’ll get a free gym membership to the gym located in the ground floor of the building. The gym also has a pool, so if you enjoy swimming, you’ll love the fact that you’ll have a pool you can use for free so close to your home. 

The property also has a dedicated study space and a bike storage where you can keep your bike. Laundry is easy to take care of in the onsite laundry facility. You won’t have to worry about security either: the access to the building is through a controlled access gate, there’s CCTV throughout the building and a 24/7 onsite team.
