My experience at HGH started off well and then quickly dissolved into gloom and doom. The accommodation was initially owned by Optivo. It is now owned by Southern Housing. When management changed the accommodation changed for the worse too. The whole building became a mission to cut costs. This resulted in unhygienic and almost unliveable conditions. The whole building is to be cleaned regularly as part of our contract agreements - this was not met. The toilets were unable and giving people infections, as well as this the kitchens were unusable and disgusting despite the contract stating they would be cleaned daily (spoiler; they were not). If you had asked me in December i would have recommended HGH but this past six months have been horror filled if you ask me.
