    非常方便的地理位置,闹中取静的场所。周围3个Sainsbury,一个Tesco,诸多中西日韩餐厅,买买买吃吃吃都方便。房间干净整洁,性价比极高。

... windows have to be closed because of anti-suicide and all that safety but it does get very warm. However, there's a café on the corner that opens at like five o'clock in the morning, which is awesome for students. The reception are definitely awesome, genuinely; I think most of the value in this building is the reception because they pick up your parcels, they are very friendly and they listen to all of our concerns. The common room is alright, they added a pool table so we were grateful for that.

    提醒一下,订房间的时候千万别选靠近院子的,晚上外面打乒乓球的声音太吵了......预算允许的话还是订个大点的房间吧,studio有点小了。

... example I've requested service on say a microwave and it's been two weeks. For the location it's an understandable amount but I find it ridiculous, but it's the way the London property market is but especially for student's it's difficult. I do enjoy that I get to walk everywhere, especially to uni, but also it's great transport links as well.

... fine and then progressively I realised that there were some problems. However, the neighbourhood is really safe so that's a really good thing. You are next to lots of universities. You have Holborn station ten minutes away so it's great and also, I'm on the fourth floor so I have a balcony and that's really good.

... much. I feel like I am paying a lot of money and there is not much to show for it - There's not even room for everybody; the laundry - stuff like that. The beds are terrible, the mattresses are terrible. Also I would much rather have a doorman for 24 hours, they come at about 12 then leave at roughly 7 or 8. However It's very close to my school.

    Property Details

    Description:
Get the best of both worlds by living in a quiet street, tucked away from the throng of this cosmopolitan district. Walk a block to check out the sparkling diamonds of renowned jewellery quarter Hatton Garden, but if you can’t afford the bling, head on to Leather Lane market to enrich your stomach with a G.M.C at Grill my Cheese. Pop home for a power nap before dancing the night away at underground nightspot Fabric or enjoy an evening of fine dining at carnivore’s paradise St. JOHN.

Former local resident and dictionary-penning legend Samuel Johnson (pop into his house on Gough Square) famously said that if you’re tired of London, you’re tired of life. Almost 300 years later, surrounded by the cool bars, clubs cafés of Clerkenwell, you’ll find his words still ring true.

With Farringdon tube close by and Chancery Lane within easy reach, you’re only three stops away from maxing your credit card in Oxford Circus, or hopping on the bus for a short ride to the hubbub of Piccadilly Circus.

With City University, KCL, LSE and Cass along with campuses of UAL, QMUL all under 15 minutes' stroll from Kirby Street, it won’t be your studies dragging you away. An A-Z of the capital’s most iconic landmarks and diverse neighbourhoods - from Angel to Soho - are also less than 20 minutes away, if you ever want to go that far!

When your eyelids do start drooping, flop onto your big comfy bed at Kirby Street, which now managed by Ariana Social Community. Should guests arrive, you can stow the bed away to make more room for mingling.

The kitchens are also cleverly designed not to take up too much of your living area, so you can still whip up some nibbles without trading your frittata for floor space. They look cool too thanks to stylish dark wood and chrome fittings.

If you fancy a change of scene, there’s a private decked courtyard and a large common room, perfect for cementing new friendships or taking a breather from hitting the books. Your bills are covered, including Wi-Fi, which can be upgraded to faster speeds.
