After 2 days I found bedbugs in the room, I was told by the creepy guy (not a student) with whom I was sharing my room that the problem had occurred and been signaled a few months before and nothing had been done. They reacted only when the other student staying in the same room had developed a very bad rash on his arm. The cleanliness of the room was dreadful; I found dead skin and a nail (A NAIL !) mixed with dust on the shelf I was supposed to use for my personal belongings, this clearly hadn't been cleaned before I arrived. I had to escape from the place after a week not only because of the global hygiene of the room but also this weird guy in my room would leave the light on until 3am and start masturbating loudly when he'd turn the light off. Positive points are that the staff was nice and I met really nice people in the canteen (food was « edible »), the location was really perfect given that I study next to Imperial College and a walk in Hyde park is really close. I hope my experience was not everyone's and I'm sure one can have an OK stay, but I would not recommend this place, (especially the roommate I had)
