A great location offers the best of both worlds
The Curve is located in the heart of the East End of London, but also right next to central London and the business area of the City. Living there you’ll get the best of both worlds: the edgy east and the buzz of central London and the City, all right at your doorstep. The closest tube station is Aldgate East on fare zone 1, just a 5-minute walk away. The large Liverpool Street Underground and train station can be reached on foot in just 15 minutes and the Whitechapel Overground station is less than 10 minutes away as well.
Get to class quickly and easily
With Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) and the London Metropolitan University’s Aldgate campus within walking distance, The Curve is the ideal hub for East London students. QMUL is 25 minutes away on foot or a bit over 10 minutes by public transport, while London Metropolitan University’s Aldgate campus is right around the corner, less than a 10-minute walk away.
But with a variety of tube stations nearby, every university in London is easily accessible. University College London is just 15 minutes away on the Hammersmith & City line and the London School of Economics (LSE) can be reached in just over 20 minutes when you hop on the District line.
Living in The Curve
The Curve offers two types of rooms. In a Private Room, you’ll get your own bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and share other living spaces like a kitchen. A great option if you love making new friends while cooking dinner together.
If you book the Entire Place, you’ll get your own cooking facilities too. This means you’ll get a fully self-contained studio flat, without having to share facilities with anyone. Perfect if you value your own space. You can still hang out with the other occupants in the communal areas whenever you want of course.
The rooms are fully furnished and the property has CCTV as well as 24-hour security on site, as well as controlled access gates, so you can always feel safe living in The Curve.
Living in the East End
Although you’ll only be a few minutes from central London, there’s so much in the local area that you might never leave! Lose yourself in Whitechapel Market's riot of colour and sound. Continue your journey of discovery along the curry mile of Brick Lane or stroll down to the Thames for a change of pace. Head toward Spitalfields for everything from art galleries to heaving nightlife. When you’ve finished looking around, head back to the sleek, modern Curve building to relax in style. With a Tesco supermarket actually in the building, you’ll find that everything you need is literally on your doorstep.
