Heald Court offers apartments with single bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, ¾ double bed, wardrobe, desk/chair and shelving. The en-suite bathrooms contain a WC, handbasin and shower. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware and includes a washing machine. Each apartment has a lounge area.

Utility bills are included in the price. Other facilities include high speed internet, outdoor space, and bicycle storage. There is also on-site parking available for an additional charge.

Students are responsible for cleaning their bedroom and communal areas within the apartment.

Buses to and from Manchester city centre are frequent and convenient, with a bus stop only 2 minutes walk from the residence, and travel times of approximately 20 minutes.

Minimum age is 18. Minimum stay is 4 weeks. Stays must begin and end on Saturdays or Sundays. Rates are valid from 7th September 2024 until 30th August 2025 but are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.

Note: Only 10 minutes walk from University of Manchester, 10 minutes travel to Manchester Metropolitan University and 30 minutes travel to University of Salford.
