I spent 3 months there and the staff was always available for everything I needed. My room was fully equiped and I din't have any ploblem with the money or the payments. In addition to this, the Staff of Student.com was really attentive and professional, they helped my with everything I need when I was booking the accomodation. Really good experience. 5/5

Great place!Perfect for short stays (I stayed there 3 months)

True Student is a great place situated just 10 minutes from Newcastle Centrum by foot. The rooms and facilities are modern and well-kept. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of focus on social involvement and great facilities for both study and play. The rooms are reasonably priced. Upon arrival I was happy to find that True Student had provided me with duvet, pillows, linnens, towels, and basic kitchenware. Something that i did not expect. That was a really nice touch. Furthermore there was a comprehensive pack of information regarding the compound and the services provided. That was really helpful to get me settled. My only complaints: When I first arrived (after busineshours) I was greeted by a less than enthusiastic student-ambassador. He did not show me around the complex (e.g. where the laundry facilities were, and other services) and led me straight to my room to fend for myself. I would have liked to meet at friendly person, rather than someone dismissive, on the first day in a new place. My room was in great condition exept for the little wear and tear that is to be expected. However, the windowsill by my bed was absolutely filthy. There were months of dust and cobwebs, and even a left behind deodorant can from a previous resident. Icky! I sent an email with my concerns to management, but never heard back from them.
