我就住旁边的公寓，经常看到现在已经可以预定了，里面环境很不错的，关键是去学校很方便，很近！旁边生活都很方便，超市，便利店，听说公寓里面有健身房和娱乐设施。

Facilities are great, far better than other accommodations'. Perfect location for town and the train station, as well as Trent Uni, and not too far from Uni of Nottingham either - perfect distance from everywhere. Great service as well!

I've been here for almost a year now and loved most of my time here. The receptionist is wonderful, and was helpful whenever needed. Size of the flat was comfortable and price was reasonable too. Only problem i faced was the furniture was little less than avarage quality. The bed broke from the bottom without even having vigorously used it in under half a year. The mattress was painful and when i asked for a replacement, i was told that it had only been replaced last year so they couldn't do anything about it. Besides that, would recommend.

Overall, the room of this accommodation is good but their service is really bad. The reception sometimes always close before the close office time and open late which is hard to get the parcel. The security number for emergency 24/7 is useless. I used to lock myself out of the room on bank holiday because i forget my key card in my room. I called the security number more than 10 times but no one picked up the phone. I called the student rep to explain my situation but She refused to open my door because she must be permitted by security first. i stuck out the room more than couple hours try to call useless security number. I can get into my room because i called the student rep three times try to explain my emergency situation and finally she came to open the door for my room.
