It is not safe here at all, anyone can access the building, I've seen random people walking around the building. Facilities are ok. if there's a problem with anything maintenance take ages to fix it and cause more problems in the room, like they did on numerous occasions with me. Reception hours are the WORST, they're always open when everyone is at university which doesn't help. Packages go missing and don't get delivered, mine have gone missing. Weekly rent is too much for the poor safety, unfriendly staff.

I have been living in my room for several weeks now (roughy 6). At the very beginning I notified the accommodation that my curtains weren't fitted (allowing me no privacy in my room), no shower curtain fitted; making showering less comfortable and lastly my heating was broken and unseen to until last week! I was living in a room which my friends described 'colder than outside', I find this unacceptable to pay for a service and not receive the function and care.
However I can't deny the great location and good view from my room.

the management is very bad here, especially the Accomodation manager, they literally dont care if you have a problem in your room. my room had a empty space with no shelf or railings to hang my clothes on. I got late everyday for lectures because of it. DONT come here even if this is the last option

住进来的时候公寓整体还在装修中，刚来的时候带着行李在前台等了连个小时，没有reception，最后住宿手续还是找隔壁公寓的reception才找到人办的。
现在住了快三个月了房子外面的脚手架也还在，楼上的房间据说还没装修好，但是我已经看到说1月份就可以租了也是呵呵...
楼下有巨吵的酒吧一样的甜品店，摇滚经常放到半夜十二点，住在房间里的感觉就像住在pub，网上汇报了问题好几天了也没有得到解决～
