... lot of walking involved to get to the shops and things. Ten minutes to get up to the local Sainsbury's, 20 minutes to get on to the main campus. It's great if you're on Jubilee Campus but I'm not, because Jubilee Campus is like two minutes away! You get your rooms cleaned and bills are included, a free bus, free gym. If you're living in a studio flat, it's quite a bit more expensive. Studios are £166 a week, but that does include bills and buses and gym, so if you're using all of the stuff that comes with it, it's not too bad. I know that shared flats vary between £105 and £116, I think something like that! Security is brilliant. The building and the facilities; I can't really fault it. Upstairs hasn't been redone lately, but the common room is very new! Definitely I'd recommend this to another student. A ten. The staff are awesome. I had a bit of trouble last year and they moved my flat, so they're really good, no problems with that and they were really good with that.

A little bit expensive for me I think. Security is really, really safe. Staff are really friendly and you can talk to them about any problems.

... so I think it was about £319, roughly. TM How would you rate the security and safety? SR Five. TM No problems with that, you feel safe and secure here? SR Yeah, always. TM What about the quality of the building and the facilities? SR Five. TM Do you use the facilities? SR Yeah. TM Can you tell me what facilities are here, is it just this area? SR There's this area and the reception is always really helpful with everything and I never have a problem with post and getting in and out with the card is always fine. TM Is there a gym here? SR There isn't, but there is one on St Peter's Court, which is also owned by these guys. TM Are you allowed to use that? SR I think we are, not that I've ever looked into it. TM And what about the staff and the management team? SR Five. TM So from zero to ten, and this is just a general overview about how you feel about the place, how likely would you be to recommend this property to other students? SR Very likely, ten. TM Do you have any lasting memories that you want to share with us about the property? SR I've just made really good friends here. When I was on placement I actually delivered the security guard's baby, who works here. It just feels like home. TM Do they organise events at all? SR They do ((0:02:36?)) TM And is it easy to meet people here, are people friendly? SR It's quite quiet and there aren't a lot of Fresher's here, so I normally socialise with my flatmates, but everyone around is quite friendly.

... it's £99 a week, or just cheap considering what you're getting here. Because the campus is huge if you're a University of Nottingham student, it just depends on your course. If you're doing a science subject you're likely to be in this end, so I would rate that ten out of ten, but if you're on the other side of the campus then maybe it's a six or a seven because it's just the commute.
