In general, great property and friendly staff.
+ Small fitness room.
+ Cinema room.
+ Common studying area.
+ Private and clean bathroom.
+ 3min walking to bus station.
- Maintenance service take very long time.
- No TV in rooms.
- 30min to University of Southampton by bus.
