    The property provide stuff which are matched with my preferences, such as: private bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen, laundry service, gym and social room. I feel secure and safe to stay here because there are smoke detector in each room, fire blanket and door security system so that outsider couldn't simply come inside the building without the security pass code. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially the accommodation manager. There are Student Rep too and they both are friendly. The location of the property is near to the St Peter Campus, St Peter Metro Station, Tesco Extra and bus stops. However, there are few things that i feel uncomfortable, for example: wifi is not working very well (slow), the mattress is not comfort enough and few physical things inside the room.

    Dunn House is a student accommodation block in Sunderland. It is superbly located just 8 minute’s from Sunderland’s Stadium of Light Metro and just 10 minutes from The University of Sunderland St Peter Campus.

    Home to over 100 students (109 in total) our range of accommodation includes single studios, and great value two bedroom apartments. All our studios come with all bills included, as well as access to our superfast broadband. Each studio has great personal living space but you can also avail of the great communal facilities including TV room and Pool table.

    All our rooms come fully furnished.

    Dunn House is close to public transport, with train and bus routes in easy reach, as well as access to many of the great restaurants, bars and cafes in the local area.

    The property offers a range of facilities including a gym, common areas with TV and Pool, and bike storage. The property provides an on-site laundry to help you keep on top of domestic duties.
