    短租很好的选择，离校园不远而且都有班车，工作日晚上有去沃尔玛的固定时间班车，周末有去附近购物步行街的班车，对于不打算买车党来说很实用；设施不错，伶包入住，家具灯桌厨具冰箱都有，很方便；住宿体育设施也比较全，可以晚上锻炼。

    短期交流且不打算买车的群体中很好的一个选择。首先设施比较齐全，家居炊具都不用自己买，伶包入住，每大间里面有一个的配套洗衣机和烘干机，公寓配套的游泳池和健身房也蛮好的；主要方便的就是有公寓班车，美国走大街还是比较危险的，平时周一到周五去学校的话就靠它了，回来也有，车的班次还比较多的，出发的时间也准时，就是回来时因为城市交通有时候拥堵的情况会比较难等，周六和周日班车会有周末路线，可以去一些日常出行地铁站或超市购物的地方，所以还蛮方便的；公寓的平时office工作人员比较多，办什么东西或者问问题或者最经常用到的领快递都比较方便，而且快递还有邮件和短信提醒，也是网购党的福音啊。公寓的lease是一年一签，而且刚入住时会要求提前交三个月的房租（第一个月和倒数后两个月），而且交的方式只能money order或者check，所以订这个的话注意前面多带点现金然后去买money order。

    The security, the front desk folks, and generally the staff is really sweet! They are the people who could give you a hand in resolving any issue, so be nice to them and they'll return your kindness for sure!

    I honestly only gave one star because of the location. That's probably the best part about living here. The office staff is rude, half of the security is rude, and the building is disgusting. The rent is way too high for the units to be so nasty. You have to put in 10 work orders to get anything fixed in your apartment. You pay $900 a month but still have to sign your guests in as if you still live on a college campus. There are so many other options for student housing in Atlanta, this shouldn't be one.
