Complete mess trying to move residents into unfinished building. Very poor preparation and little planning....last minute delays ....too much happy talk even hours before move in. The promised amenities are far from finished....the pool area will be done in time for snowfall.

Saturday (8/18) - Zero stars (negative?) if they will let me. Evolve has not completed or delivered the apartments. Move-in was yesterday and the students are being turned away or put up in distant hotels. Nothing is as promised and classes start on Monday. The buildings are a mess. There are workers and dirt everywhere. They have yet to put locks on doors or - in some cases - doors on exterior locations. The site is unsafe to walk around and covered in mud. Nothing is completed. There are no amenities open / available. How is the City of Bloomington allowing this to happen? Who is responsible for the safety and security of students if they are actually able to move in during continued construction? Communication from the management team is non-existent and rumors are rampant. Students are being told different things and promised various amounts of money to cover costs. Parents are furious. This is going to get a lot worse and is just a lawsuit waiting to happen. Avoid Evolve Bloomington.
