Perfect for tourists, students, business professionals, and medical workers, this walkable and tourist-friendly space offers the ideal accommodation for both short stays and longer durations.

The apartment is solely yours! Check-in time is from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Keys will need to be picked up at a nearby KeyCafe location before its closing time. For late check-ins, please inform us ahead of time to coordinate guests' key access.

Parking is available at the nearby Boston Common at $28/day or metered at $1.25/hr. Rates may change.

Situated on the sixth floor of a multi-level apartment building, the space is predominantly occupied by young professionals. The furnished apartment features wooden floors, a full-sized bed with fresh bedding, a full bathroom with tub, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, small fridge/freezer, and basic kitchenware. Wifi is available, and there is an elevator in the building for convenience.

In terms of transit, this is a very accessible location, closely connected to all train lines. The Orange Line stations nearby include State Street, Government Center, and Haymarket. The Red Line connects to Park Street, Downtown Crossing, and MGMH, while the Green Line stops at Park Street, Boylston, and the Government Center.

Given its central location, you can easily reach various city landmarks such as the New England Aquarium, Boston City Hall, Boston Harbor, and the Charles River. Reservation Requirements

Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements.

1) Completing our guest verification form which includes providing a selfie along with a photo ID through our secure third-party tool.

2) Signing a Rental Agreement

Please send a message if you would like to see either of these prior to booking.

We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given.

House Rules and Safety

* Mid-Stay Cleaning is available with a fee and needs to be scheduled ahead of time.

* We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on.

* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.

* Pets are not allowed.

* Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. If we receive a noise complaint, a fine will be charged.

* Excessive mess and trash left at the property upon checkout may result in additional fees for cleaning.

* For the comfort and peace of all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are put in order from 9 PM until 9 AM.

This is a self check-in apartment. Our virtual team is made available to assist you for any in-stay concerns. We are easily contactable through the booking channel, email, and phone. We also have on-ground personnel that can assist with cleaning and maintenance-related concerns.
