The Zone

Live at The Zone and you’ll be located just south of Texas A&M University and its fantastic amenities. Stroll across campus and feel the buzz when you’re part of the crowd cheering on football games at Kyle Field stadium. Take in a Broadway show at Rudder Auditorium or learn about the university’s competitive history in the Texas A&M Sports Museum. Then, head over to the Dixie Chicken bar in Northgate, stopping at Bottlecap Alley to add your own caps to the piles already there – it’s a College Station tradition.

Texas A&M University is a 17-minute walk from The Zone, so you’ll find it easy to get to class on time. If you’re running late, hop on the nearby university shuttle bus. Spend your down time on campus sitting under The Century Tree and enjoying the campus greenery. On your way home, hop in your car and drive five minutes to the local BCS supermarket to pick up some supplies. 

Once you’re back at your furnished apartment, prepare a bite to eat in the fully equipped kitchen. There’s a dishwasher, so you don’t need to worry about washing up afterwards. Then, head out to swim in the resort-style pool as you watch one of the poolside flat-screen TVs, and relax in one of the cabanas. When hunger strikes, cook up a storm on the outdoor grills and gather around the firepit while you eat. Workout in the 24-hour gym, gather your friends for a basketball or volleyball match, or set up in the games room.

Head back to your apartment for a shower, before putting your feet up in front of the cable TV or grabbing a drink and unwinding on your balcony or patio. If you’ve got laundry to do, throw it in the washer/dryer. Then, spread your books out on the desk in your room and connect to the high-speed internet to start your assignments. There’s also a computer center and study room if you’d rather work with others.
