Life in Eugene is full of energy, with lots of outdoor activities to keep you busy. As the birthplace of Nike, the town loves sport so you can go running in one of the town’s parks or on trails near your student housing. Head up to Skinner Butte to go rock climbing or take in the city views from the hilltop park. Enjoy the brilliant food and drink culture by going shopping at 5th Street Public Market for farm-fresh produce, pause for sushi at Pure Sushi or plan a French meal with friends at Marché. Spend evenings in the Barmuda Triangle, an area packed with fun bar, a few blocks from home.

Skybox Apartments are only a block from the campus of University of Oregon you’ll get to class quickly every morning. Walk a couple of minutes to games at the Matthew Knight Arena, or to the library to exchange your college books. Living on the east edge of campus, you’re a 10-minute drive or half hour walk to downtown’s shops, bars and restaurants. Drive an hour to the Oregon coast for a day at the beach, or two hours to Portland if you want a day away from the city.

When you return to Skybox Apartments after class, stop for coffee in the on-site café or pick up your essentials from the store. Come through the secure entry and pass the friendly staff in the lobby as you wait for the elevator. Back in your apartment, which you can live in alone or share with housemates, you can rest on the couch in living room and look out of the big windows. Make yourself a hot drink in your kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to cook dinner or whip up a quick snack.

Settle down to study at the desk in your bedroom or hit the computer labs to share notes with other students and to use the Wi-Fi. Take a break from work to hang out in the TV lounge or clubhouse with your neighbors. Play pool in the games room or get some fresh air swinging on a hammock chair on the eco roof and garden. You won’t have any worries with staff on hand to answer your questions, plan social events and provide on-site maintenance.
