Plan your next skiing adventure as you stroll around campus and gaze up at snowy mountain peaks. On sunny days, sit in Old Town Square in the historic district and eat alfresco as you admire the original Art Deco storefronts and streets that inspired Disneyland’s Main Street. You can also take a nice hike or bike along the mountain trails of Lory State Park which is located a couple miles west of our property!
Walk out through the grand curved door of Ram’s Pointe and you’re just over a mile from the western edge of campus at Colorado State University. Cycle the short distance, jump on the bus operated by TransFort with a bus stop located right outside of the property, or take your car so that you can explore the area’s beautiful national parks after class. Campus Crossings at Ram's Pointe is also conveniently located just a short walk King Soopers, the local grocery store, and many restaurants.
During the warmer months, get home from class and take a dip in the stunning resort-style pool and hot tub. If you’re feeling energetic, play volleyball, basketball or tennis on the outdoor courts, or hit the on-site fitness center that’s open 24/7. Afterwards, freshen up with a hot shower, and then throw your gym clothes in your apartment’s washer and dryer that are provided in every unit!
When hunger strikes, cook dinner on the outdoor grills, or head back to your apartment to cook in the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. Some units have gorgeous views from the private patios or balconies of the Fort Collins foothills, so take your plate outside and get some fresh air as you eat. Whatever the weather, you’ll be comfortable all year round thanks to the central heating and air conditioning.
After you enjoy your dinner, head to your room to concentrate on your studies as we provide a built in desk, desk chair and high speed internet. The business center is open around 24/7, so you can utilize desk top computers and unlimited printing.
With work out of the way, catch up with friends and unwind in the clubhouse, where you can use the free Wi-Fi while you sip on a complimentary Starbucks coffee while enjoying our game room with lounge seating and flat screen TVs..
