Start your day with a sea salt coffee and Taiwanese pastry from 85C Bakery. Browse the vintage shops of downtown or drive just 31 minutes from your student housing to dip your toes into the sand at Long Beach. Experience Newark’s culture with a performance at the Maverick Theater or the free art gallery at the Muckenthaler Cultural Center. In the evening, dance to retro tunes at Totally 80s Bar and Grill or taste a cocktail in one of the cool bars around SOCO. Sample the beef brisket at Korean meat joint Mr BBQ or round up some friends for a night of laughter at Secret City Comics.

Make your home at University House and you’ll be just a six-minute walk from California State University, Fullerton. You can also walk to Hope International University in five minutes and University House is only a short drive away from Fullerton College, Southern California College of Optometry, Western State University and College of Law American Liberty University.

Wake up in your apartment at University House and Skype family back home using the property’s Wi-Fi. Afterwards, head straight for the on-site swimming pool for a few gentle lengths before class. You could even top up your glow in the tanning rooms.

When you get home from college, hang out with friends at the poolside clubroom where you can switch off in front of the flatscreen TVs or try your hand at a game of billiards. Treat your housemates to a meal on the barbeque grills in the courtyard using ingredients you picked up earlier at the Fullerton Farmers Market or simply head downstairs to the many restaurants on the ground floor of your building.

If studying is still on your mind, jump on a Mac at the interactive study center or settle in at the 24-hour media lounge. When you’re finished, head for a workout in the cardio and weight training center. There may even be a social event planned by the University House Maverick Team which you can attend with your new neighbors.

After a fun day, you can go to sleep knowing you’re well looked after. As well as an on-site maintenance team, there is also a controlled-access entry system with CCTV.
