Everything at the Artisan amazing! The leasing team, particularly Joseph, are super helpful. Mike and all the doormen are so kind and attentive. Luigi is super efficient with maintenance. Really recommend the building in all its aspects if you are looking for a great living experience on the Lower East Side!

Amazing building, sense of community and great staff. Luigi has been so helpful and has been the best ever repair man I’ve ever seen in any building I’ve lived in. He responded to support requests quickly, and effectively, being proactive and determining the best way to address the needs for my apartment. Very personable, and friendly too. The Artisan is truly lucky to have Luigi. The doormen are also all wonderful, particularly Elias. Joshua is great too, always bringing great vibes and thoughtfulness no matter what’s going on. Last but not least, Gaby from the leasing office was amazing, making the entire process of signing the lease so easy. She was very dedicated to making sure that the space aligned with what I was looking for. I could not have asked for a better place to live!

The Artisan is amazing. Josh especially is always welcoming, professional, and approachable. He’s been a huge help whenever I’ve needed anything. You can always rely on him to take the time to help and make people enjoy staying here. We all appreciate his positive attitude and help around the building!

The building staff are incredible here. Joshua and Elias, the front desk really care about the residents. The cleaning staff does an amazing job. Even though they’re short staff, they really put a great effort in making you feel like you’re living in a hotel. I hope management is paying them well!

I have lived here for 5 years (and plan to for several more). The staff here is incredible. By far the best of any building I've lived in. They are so kind, so helpful -- feel like family. Not to mention apartments and finishes are gorgeous. Incredible light and the materials feel higher end than most rental apartments. The common spaces are always in perfect shape. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. Can't recommend a better place to live
