Being a smaller property, our maintenance staff is able to respond quickly and effectively to our resident’s needs.

With all of our amazing amenities in our club house there is a ton to do without even having to leave property. There is nothing better than spending the day laying out by our resort style pool or on the court running games with your friends! In addition, we also are home to the LARGEST hot tub in San Marcos. Do you have a furry friend? Bring them by our dog park located on property!

Arba is also in close proximity to many retail shops and local restaurants. Grab some breakfast tacos from Texas bean & brew or pop some tags at the outlets. As, well as many outdoor areas, such as the meadow center, purgatory creek, and Sewell park. You’ll be sure to find something to enjoy in your free time when you’re living at Arba.
