You’ll be based within an eight-minute drive of Texas State University, but if you don’t want to take your car to class you can hop on the Texas State bus route that runs just outside your door. After, head to nearby Sewell Park to do some reading in the sunshine, or swing by the local H-E-B supermarket on your way home to pick up some supplies for dinner.
You’ll want to hurry home from your lectures to take advantage of Villagio San Marcos’ stunning outdoor spaces. Cool off in the outdoor swimming pool, relax in the hot tub, or challenge your friends to a match on the sand volleyball court. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, you can fire up the propane grill and host a barbecue in the sunshine.
With a nightstand, dresser and comfy bed in your room, your fully furnished apartment has everything you need. Use the high-speed internet at the built-in desk in your room or hit the study center. When you need a break, you can burn off some study stress on one of the cardio machines in the fitness center. Later, kick back in the movie theater, or attend one of the regular community social events to make new friends.
After a busy day, you can head home to freshen up in your ensuite bathroom. Then, throw a load of laundry into the washer dryer, and watch your favorite cable TV shows from the sofa while you wait. Wander through to the well-equipped kitchen to microwave a quick snack if you get hungry. You can rest easy with management and maintenance teams available to fix any problems.
