At Parkway Plaza, your student housing gives you easy access to lots of exciting places to explore with your new friends at weekends. Start with breakfast at Webster’s Bookstore Café before getting your culture fix at the Palmer Museum of Art. Enjoy a sunny afternoon in the beautiful Penn State Arboretum, or watch the Penn State Nittany Lions in action at the Beaver Stadium. If ice hockey is more your thing, the Pegula Ice Arena is the place for you. If you feel the need for an adventure, head out into the great outdoors to go hiking on Mount Nittany.

Your home at Parkway Plaza will be a spacious apartment that you’ll have all to yourself or share with a friend or two. Start your day by working up a sweat in the fitness center, and freshen up afterwards with a hot shower in your bathroom. Depending on the home you choose, you might even be able to sit out on your own balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee afterwards before you head to class.

It will take you around 25 minutes to walk to the Penn State University campus for your first class of the day, or you can hop on the bus and be there in around 15 minutes. If there’s time, meet your classmates for a pre-class coffee and pastry at Saint’s Café.

When you get home to Parkway Plaza after a long day on campus, you’ll have free high-speed internet to help you get started on researching your next essay. You can work in the privacy of your apartment, or head to the computer lab to study with friends.

Reward all that hard work later on with a swim in the gorgeous pool, and afterwards fire up the grill for dinner with your friends in the dedicated barbecue and picnic area. Alternatively, head down the street for a delicious Italian meal with your classmates at Faccia Luna Pizzeria, or stay in and cook for your housemates at home.

Before bed, curl up on the couch to enjoy your favorite shows on your free expanded cable package. An on-site management team will be available to help if you have any problems, and the 25-hour maintenance team will also be there to support you.
