When you live in student housing at Mustang Ranch, you can take a break from your studies to have a relaxing stroll around Heritage Park with your new college friends. At the weekend, discover the history of your new local area at the fascinating Stephenville Historical House Museum, or saddle up and try your hand at horseback riding, cowboy style, at the Hideaway Ranch. Attend a concert or gallery exhibition opening at the Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center on campus, or meet friends for drinks at PT’s PrimeTime pub before a tasty dinner at Grump’s Burgers or Hard Eight BBQ.

At Mustang Ranch, you’ll live on your own or share with up to three friends in a spacious apartment, where you might even have your own balcony with great pool views. Wake up after a great night’s sleep on your memory foam mattress. Start your day by busting some calories in the state-of-the-art cardio fitness center, freshening up afterwards in your own bathroom and big closet. After breakfast with your housemates, it’s a six-minute drive or a half-hour walk to Tarleton State University for your first class of the day.

After class, head home to Mustang Ranch and grab a place in the computer center or study room for a quiet space to get some college work done. Alternatively, there’s free high-speed internet and plenty of room on the spacious desk in your room to open out all your textbooks and notes.

When you’ve finished your college work, meet friends for fun on the sand volleyball court or play hilarious outdoor games like Giant Jenga. Swim a few lengths in the stunning saltwater pool before seeking shade in the cabanas. Fire up the grills in the poolside arbor for a delicious outdoor feast, or escape the heat by heading indoors to the luxury clubhouse to make new friends at one of the regular pizza parties or karaoke nights.
