塔城最受中国留学生欢迎的公寓之一。 中国人多，学生多，因为没有单间，也没有家庭式公寓，所以单身（准确是未婚）的学生很多，感觉主要就是fsu的啦，亚裔很多，也有不少黑人，但是因为fsu黑人本来就多，也没办法嘛。而且没有不安全。 另一个优点是furnitured，刚来的话，没车，也不认识什么人，你在sg也可以活下来，因为有校车，旁边有超市，有家具，厨房设施什么的。所以内心稍微强大一点，你可以一个人搞定刚来的所有的事情（虽然听起来有点寂寞）。 没有需要修理的家具，但是也听过不少吐槽，不过感觉美国人效率本来就都不怎么样。 在两条频率最高的fsu公交线上，校车运行的时候去学校还挺方便，但是塔城的公交非常傻逼，还是很需要车的（不过fsu的parking是个很大的bug）。 价格挺合适的，因为学校附近的房还挺贵的，听说是差不多要double。这边4b4b加utility，每个月410-415。我觉得可以接受。 leasing office和健身房，游泳池，球场什么的感觉也不错，不过我只去游过一次泳，深度有点不够。然后刚来的时候还挺经常去office打印东西。还挺好的。 虫子是有的，我目前常见到的是蟑螂和飞蛾。蚊子好像不是很多。 傻逼的wifi。。。。超级傻逼。。。。不能忍。。。。

The only reason this review has one star is because I am not allowed to rate it with zero. Seminole Grand is TERRIBLE. Since I've moved in my apartment has been infested with roaches, there are holes in the ceilings where the fire sprinklers are, there was a giant hole behind our fridge that was full of roaches, and they hadn't even bothered to change the AC filter. After multiple maintenance requests and "sprays", the roaches are still everywhere. I tried contacting management and have barley had a response. My dad left a very concerned message and was left with no response. When I go in to voice my concerns, they don't take me seriously because I'm young and they aren't too keen on helping when a parent steps in with their concerns. One of their managers, Elizabeth, told my dad that she would personally walk through my unit to resolve the issue and after hours of waiting for her to find the time, she sent yet another pest control employee to "investigate" the problem. She didn't even bother to come look at the disgusting apartment she allowed residents to live in. After arriving at my apartment it was clear that absolutely nothing had been done. Aside from the roaches, Seminole Grand is NOT a safe place to live. I'm actually terrified to walk my dog when the sun goes down. There were two shootings within the first three weeks of my move in, since then, they say security has "tightened" and yet the other day I forgot my key and the security guard let me go through the gate without even looking at my ID. I would not recommend anyone wasting their time on this place. It is a miserable place to live and even after all of these concerns they STILL won't let me cancel my lease. Anyone with a child would be crazy to let their kid rent here. Spend the extra money to at least feel safe and live in a place that's not disgusting.
