At SouthGate Campus Centre, you’ll be based just down the street from Florida State University and a few blocks from Florida A&M University. Living so close to class, you’ll have plenty of time to explore the surrounding area. Stop for a morning coffee and banana bread at All Saints Café, before moving on to browse the quirky shops and galleries in the Railroad Square Art Park. When you’ve worked up an appetite, dine on artisan sausages in a red railway caboose at The Crumbox restaurant, before hitting the shops at Governor’s Square mall.

If you’re attending Florida State University, you couldn’t live much closer to class than at SouthGate Campus Centre – it’s just down the street. Florida A&M university is also nearby, based around 20 minutes’ walk or a five-minute drive away. After a day of classes, you can pick up ethical groceries from Bread and Roses Food Cooperative and park your car in your assigned parking space back home.

Each morning, you’ll wake up in an extra-long twin-sized bed in your furnished home. Freshen up in the modern bathroom before heading down to the dining hall for breakfast. SouthGate Campus Centre’s meal plan package means you’ll be able to eat as much as you like, whether you prefer to just have some fruit before class or dig into the 25-item salad bar.

After a busy day on campus, stroll home and have a workout in the fitness center to let off some steam – spend time on the ellipticals or give the free weights a try. Then, hang out in the ballroom with a movie or challenge your friends on the gaming equipment. You can take some time out to check your emails with the Wi-Fi.

Your rent is all-inclusive, so it includes everything from utilities like water and electricity to things like internet, cable and food. A maintenance team is on hand to sort out any problems, and security won’t be an issue with secure door entry and a team of Tallahassee police officers on-site seven nights a week.
