Vivo Toledo

Your new student housing is right next to your studies at UT, and an easy walk or bike ride along the scenic University Parks bike trail passing almost in front of your door. After class, cycle in the other direction to explore the huge park and wildlife haven of the Wildwood Preserve Metropark. Head back in time for a slap-up dinner of baby back ribs at Gradkowski’s restaurant, a short walk from home. On the weekend, make the quick drive downtown to soak up local culture at the Toledo Museum of Art, and be sure to check out the museum’s incredible glass sculptures before heading home to Vivo.

Live at Vivo and you’ll be just a couple of minutes’ bike ride or walk to classes in University of Toledo’s main campus, and a six-minute journey by car to UT’s Scott Park Campus. Get to the industrial-chic downtown Warehouse District next to the Fifth Third Field baseball field in less than 15 minutes, tucking into an iconic Tony Packo’s Hungarian hot dog after watching the infamous Toledo Mud Hens play. If you feel like cooking at home, buy olives and greek cheese from Toledo Market, a five-minute walk from your door, to whip up a feast in your contemporary kitchen.

After a restful night’s sleep, wake up in your large bed and jump in the shower in your private bathroom. Spend a few minutes choosing an outfit from your spacious closet – with laundry facilities in every unit, you’ll never run out of clean clothes. Fix up some toast and coffee in the kitchen to eat at the bar counter, and discuss plans for a trip to Toledo Zoo later with your housemates. You’re so close to campus that you don’t need to rush, so take your time brushing your teeth before heading out the door to class.

Come home afterwards to your fully furnished apartment and chill out on the comfy sofas with your housemates or take your dog out for some exercise – Vivo is a pet-friendly community. On the way back, pick up some takeout from the eateries within a few minutes walk of your apartment to share with your friends. They can do the washing up while you relax in front of the free cable TV!
