不像我之前住过的公寓只能一年一年租，租不满一年也得自己去网上找承租人，还要交一部分手续费给公寓，实在很麻烦，尤其我读书忙起来的时候，头真的很痛。房间不算非常大，一个人住够了，家里的装修也可以，跟价格比起来算性价比不错的。洗衣房是24小时的，可以刷卡也可以投币。

之前我住的一个房间有个室友很吵，说了好几次，她也不听，后来我就跟前台的人说了，她们去找了同学，然后这个同学同意搬到别的房间去，公寓又给我们安插了一个作息正常，性格温和的白人妹子

好像就不包电费，其他的垃圾费啊排污费，水费网费电视费都已经涵盖进去了，房间里家具齐全，厨房也大，性价比很高

但是停车好像不免费，不过来访的车辆是可以免费停车的，公寓就在学校里面，所以其实不经常去很远的地方玩也没必要买车。基本所需的设施都齐全的，房间里家电也都有，吹风机什么的当然要自己带。
