This delightful one-bedroom apartment is located in one of the most exclusive and fashionable areas of Milan: the Moscova district. Particularly known for its boutiques, sophisticated clubs and modern skyscrapers, Moscova is undoubtedly one of the favourite destinations of the Milanese, whether for an after-work aperitif or for sipping a good drink with friends at the weekend. Just a 9-minute walk from Piazza Gae Aulenti and its majestic UniCredit Tower and Corso Como, this flat also enjoys a strategic location: the extreme proximity to the Moscova green metro station M2 allows one to move around in total comfort and reach every point and attraction the city has to offer. The flat is located on the fifth floor of a "ringhiera" building, a typical Milanese dwelling dating back to the early 1900s characterised by a series of flats placed side by side along a shared balcony. The charming kitchen - fully equipped with all major appliances - overlooks a spacious living room in which there is a table with four seats and a comfortable French sofa bed. The shelves on the right-hand wall, as well as housing a flat-screen TV, are perfect for storing items of all kinds. The bedroom, in shades of white and blue, is the real hallmark of this two-room apartment: colorful, bright and cozy, it has a double bed, two bedside tables with bedside lamps and a wardrobe with double door very large. In the wall in front of the bed there is also a blue panel that can be opened to store books and personal items. The bathroom, which recalls the colors of the kitchen, is equipped with shower, sink with mirror and all the necessary toilets. In the apartment there is also a small closet in which there is a washing machine.
