Bright and spacious charming three-bedroom apartment located on the third floor of a quiet building in the center of Milan: a stones throw from the Arena Civica and Sempione Park, the green heart of Milan, Corso Como, Corso Garibaldi, Brera, Piazza Gae Aulenti and Bosco Verticale. Characterizing the apartment are the quietness of the interior facing, the elegance of the modern furnishings and finishes. Consists of large living area with big sofa, TV cabinet, dining area with wide window, separate kitchen, sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and a single room that can become a twin. Please note: deposit equals to 2-months rent for stays longer than 6 months. Utilities included up to 150 euros per month. Tourist visa not accepted to sign contract. Valid passport and codice fiscale are required for contract registration. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30 percent. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of a max 18 months, then, in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of rental contract, an additional fee of 100 euros is required and a 30 to 60 days early notice, depending on the length of the contract.
