The landlady lives in this apartment with her daughter and a small dog. Final cleaning fee is equal to 60 euros and is included in the admin fee amount. Upon request, the landlady can provide a blankets for the cost of 50 euros for the use of it and the final cleaning of the item. Cleaning costs are not included in the price. In case of loss of keys, an 80 euro fee is required. The rent needs to be paid in cash.
