Shaftesbury Hall, part of Collegiate’s UNIVERSE.CITY accommodation collection, is conveniently located on the University of Gloucestershire’s Francis Close Hall campus, as well as being near the local shops, bars and public transport services. Not only can you walk to university, you’ll also be living close to the Cheltenham Spa and Cheltenham Racecourse train stations – perfect for weekend trips!

Our student accommodation in Cheltenham offers facilities such as en-suite bathrooms, on-site maintenance and a shared kitchen. What’s more, all utility bills are included in the pricing, so there’s no need to worry about paying them each month.

Our accommodation teams are here to support you fully and help you to settle into your new home. Our site teams are Mental Health First Aid trained by MHFAE and we have strong links with all universities in all our cities. There will always be somebody on hand to support you.

簽證不獲批，不用付費！:如簽証申請被拒，可免費取消預訂若未能入讀大學，不收費:如未獲得所申請大學的入學資格，可免費取消預訂

申請取消預訂條款及守則

1 - Prospective residents will have a 7 day cooling off period between making their booking and signing their Tenancy Agreement. Their reservation rent will be fully refundable if they cancel within this period.

2 - No place, no pay – this will only be available to first-year undergraduates or first-year postgraduates and will enable them to cancel in the event of receiving a rejection from their university of choice, on the condition that they:

· Inform us within 7 days of receiving their university rejection.

· Provide written proof of the rejection.

· Submit their cancellation and supporting evidence before 30th August.

3 - No visa, no pay – this will apply to first-year undergraduates or first-year postgraduate international students coming to the UK, on the condition that they:

· Inform us within 7 days of receiving their university rejection.

· Provide written proof of the rejection.

· Submit their cancellation and supporting evidence before 30th August.
