Our newly renovated Southall building has the perfect balance of communal and private spaces.  

Each studio-style room has been thoughtfully designed as a private haven, with  separate sleeping, eating and working spaces. The plush beds have plenty of storage underneath, so you can make the most of your room. Towels and linen are provided, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay. 

Step outside your studio and enjoy over 19,000 sq ft of shared spaces, including a spacious co-work area, fully equipped for remote working. The building also includes a restful lounge, games room, cafe, community dining area, screen room, garden, spa, and more.  

When the laptops are shut, immerse yourself in a daily schedule of fitness classes, live music, workshops, and volunteer opportunities designed to inspire and energise. 

The building is on the doorstep of 90-acre Minet Country Park, a 10-minute walk from Lombardy Retail Park (including Sainsburys), and a 10-minute drive from both Southall and Hayes stations, with connections to the Elizabeth Line and National Rail. 

Your payment includes all bills (utilities, Wi-Fi, and council tax), a nourishing daily breakfast, fortnightly room cleaning, access to folding bikes, all amenities and our regular programme of events. A laundromat and secure parcel room are also on site. 

Guest access 

You'll have 24/7 access to the building through our key card app, allowing you to enter your room and access all shared spaces effortlessly.   

Our 24/7 social host team is always available to assist with any requests or needs during your stay.   

On-site paid parking is offered.   

For your safety and peace of mind, the building is equipped with 24/7 CCTV and security cameras on the exterior and doors.

We welcome you to bring your friends, family and partners to visit. Guests can stay overnight in your room, but they must also sign in and out and you are responsible for them during their stay. Adult guests aged 14 and over are permitted to stay for up to 14 days per calendar month.   

Other things to note 

We offer complimentary access to a folding bike during your stay, allowing you to get to the nearest Crossrail station in just 7 minutes. You'll be able to take the bike with you on public transport, allowing you to avoid traffic and go pollution-free throughout London and beyond. 

We organise weekly volunteer opportunities so that you can give back to the local community.

The Location 

Our location is in the culturally rich and diverse neighbourhood of Southall, famous for its South Asian markets and restaurants. 

You can easily access Central London via the Elizabeth line from Southall Crossrail station, which is a 7-minute cycle, 20-minute walk or 10-minute drive away. 

We are also adjacent to a 90-acre country park where you can enjoy a morning walk or cycle. 

Heathrow Airport is just a 15-minute drive away, and Gatwick Airport a 60-minute drive.
