Located in the heart of Jubilee Centre, Deakins Place is a new modern student apartment designed and built specifically for international students. It is adjacent to the Nottingham Two apartment and forms the Nottingham student village of Student Roost. There is a bus station opposite the apartment, which is very convenient for traveling.

Deakins Place offers a range of room types to suit everyone including ensuite flats and self-contained studios. It is the ideal environment to relax and socialize with a modern hosting kitchen, a multimedia lounge, and a dedicated yoga studio amongst the spaces for you to enjoy.

Deakins Place is ideally located for students, just a 10-minute walk from the University of Nottingham's Jubilee Campus and around 35 mins walk to the University Park Campus. If walking isn’t your thing, there are electric scooters to hire right outside reception and regular bus services run nearby, making it super easy to get to lectures or explore the city.
