    The building in South Brisbane is great with so much to offer and also the student experience is brilliant with so many activities each week including movie nights, trivial nights, free BBQ, gym classes, gaming competition and even karaoke, what a great living experience.

    坐落在South Brisbane，旁边就是布里斯班最好的公立高中，斜对面要7-11， 10分钟内就能走到south bank bus station和布里斯班河，周边有很多餐厅，也有wws和亚超，晚上很适合散步。公交站有直达UQ、city、sunnybank、garden city…等的车，布里斯班河也有坐去UQ的船，交通便利。 公寓的设备算是比较新，整体环境还不错了，工作人员的服务态度也很好，怕沟通不当也有中国的职员。 网购快递可以直接送到公寓，前台会统一接收 发邮件告诉你有快递到了，凭学生卡去取。 烟雾报警器十分灵敏，做饭和用微波炉时注意要时刻通风开排气扇，火警一辆消防车要1400刀 甚至只会涨价不会降价，所以在办理入住时工作人员会让你看注意事项和视频，一定要认真看！ 入住后的几天会让你填表留意宿舍的设施设备是否完好洁净，一定要每个角落都拍照拍视频，在退房时我和室友累死累活把房间清洁得比入住时还干净，结果还是扣了我们两个人的清洁费押金，除非你有理有据又有空，不然有理也说不清 只能白白没了几百刀。 公共洗衣房洗一次要4刀、烘一次也要4刀 据闻现在还涨价了，烘完尽快把衣服拿走 之前就有外来人进来偷衣服。 非人为故意造成的设备损坏是可以报公寓维修的，不要钱，有任何问题都可以发邮件问公寓，基本都可以解决。 大堂有打印机和学习室、娱乐休闲设施，每一层楼都有自习室，需要预约。 公寓有很多活动可以参加，具体情况或变动可以看公寓的Facebook社群。

    公寓地理位置很方便，真的差不多去哪都直达，然后旁边就是南岸区域，像烟火大会这些都可以直接参与，公寓装修，设施都比较完善，但有一个bug，多人宿舍，像2 bedrooms 这种的内设门也是会自动上锁的，而且十分重，需要购买比较耐用，结实的门阻，不然就是直接被关在公共区域，另外，这里的火警报警器十分灵敏，入住做饭时一定一定要注意油烟。
