Cool down with a trip to Gelare ice cream shop in Waterford Plaza Shopping Centre just off of campus not far from your student accommodation Curtin Twelve. Meet your friends at Waterford Tavern to catch up over burgers and fries or stop in at Nomstar Ramen for a quick bowl of Japanese soup. Head to Canning River Regional Park, a short ride, away to hike along the riverside paths and get a taste of local nature. On the weekends, you can hop on the bus a block away and ride right to Perth city centre to enjoy the vibrant mix of museums, restaurants and shopping.

Discover an ideal place to study and explore the city in a fully-furnished apartment at Curtin Twelve. When it’s time for class, walk down the block to Canning College in two minutes or head over to Curtin University, just a little bit farther away. You can walk to the heart of campus in just 10 minutes.

After your last lecture of the day, come back to your new home and enter through a secure locked door into your private bedroom. Walk across your bedroom and take a seat at your study desk to get a jump on your homework. You can use free internet service to research your papers or keep in touch with family and friends back home.

Later on, pull out a sweatshirt from your built-in wardrobe as the evening cools down and pick out a drink from your refrigerator to kick back in the communal living room on the couch. Turn on your favourite show on the large flat-screen TV or just chat with your flatmates to find what’s happening on the weekend. If you get hungry, you can heat up a snack in the microwave in your full kitchen.

When you need to run out to the grocery store, head to your parking space and hop in your car and drive to IGA Bentley supermarket in two minutes. After you shop, drive back home through a secure gated entrance. There are also security alarms on doors and windows. You can stay cool with ducted air-conditioning, and a weekly cleaning service is included to keep your home looking fresh.
