Applying for accommodation in Toronto is very simple. First, you don’t have to worry about the costs of using our helpful services. Student.com does not charge you anything for this service: you’ll only need to pay the rent to the property you end up selecting.
Applying for student rooms with Student.com is very simple. First, you can click “View rooms” on a property you are interested in. After this, click “Enquire” to create an account and you will have a booking consultant reach out to you shortly to help you confirm the best option specifically for you.
What types of student rentals do you offer?
We currently offer three different types of rooms.
A Shared Room has two or more people sleeping in the same bedroom and sharing other living spaces with occupants of other rooms.
In a Private Room, you’ll have a bedroom all to yourself. Depending on the property, your bathroom might be private or shared, while all other living spaces are shared with tenants from other rooms.
In an Entire Place, you won’t have to share any living spaces with anyone as your bedroom and all the other facilities in your apartment will be just for you. This includes a private bathroom and usually a small kitchenette for cooking meals.
What bills are included in the rent?
Usually, all bills are included, so you won’t have to pay anything else than your rent. Different landlords may have different rules however, so make sure you always check if this is the case with the property you are looking to book.
Can I see the apartment before moving in?
We can definitely arrange a viewing of a property before you book it. Just give us a call and one of our booking consultants will gladly arrange it for you.
