From your new home at The Waldorf you’re an eight-minute drive to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a six-minute drive to Marquette University. With your closest bus station just four minutes’ walk away, you’ll find exploring further afield is just as easy if you don’t have access to a car.

Head towards home after a long day of classes, and walk five minutes to your nearest Metro Mart supermarket to stock up on ingredients for dinner. Then, load everything into your fridge back home and fire up the stove for dinner. Buzz your friends up through the intercom system if you want company – your one-bedroom home is great for hosting dinner parties.

After a filling meal, catch up on your chores by using the on-site washer dryers to do your laundry, and pack your clean clothes away into your spacious closet. If you feel like a workout afterwards, cross the road to Juneau Park for a scenic jog or game of baseball with friends.

Enjoy a hot shower in your bathroom once you’re back, and switch on the radiators if your home gets cold – heating is included in your rent. Then, get ready for a big night out with your neighbors. With only 12 apartments in your building, you’ll be able make new friends in no time.

When you get back, you’ll have plenty of garage and surface parking to store your car. If you have any problems, the on-site management team will be happy to help whatever the time of day.
