Location and What's Hot?
Perth City is very well located in a busy area with many places to eat and drink in the neighbourhood. There are a lot of supermarkets; NP Supermarket is just a 6-minute walk away with everything you need. You can also go to the Shopping Centre, where a few excellent shops exist, such as Tyne Square Shopping Centre and Forrest Chase. There are many delicious restaurants, and we recommend Restaurant 1903 and Restaurant in the Sky; they are about a 10-minute walk away. Many coffee shops besides the flat, such as McDonald's and Bench Espresso. This flat is a great way to get a taste of Perth life.
Transport:
Perth City is also close to many universities, 19 minutes by car to Curtin College. 20 minutes by car to Curtin University Bentley Campus, and The University of Western Australia is 14 minutes by car. and Perth City is easily accessible by public transport, with a 4-minute walk to the bus stops, Beaufort St Museum and Art Centre. If you're travelling further afield, you can take the train to Mciver in 8 minutes, and there's also an airport nearby, Perth Airport, which is a 17-minute bus ride away.
